Because I'm a paraniod wreck and the world is just corrupt these days . It just seems like every piece of possible evidence they get they try to use that against some one or get highly suspicious.

EDIT: Also because I e-mailed them 2 days ago and they havent responded yet and they responded before on my other e-mail address lol.

I made up a story so fake that even I think it's hillarious now, I even went so far as to creating a new e-mail address just to e-mail them. But I really think I fucked up by mentioning marijuana, police getting information from them and gardening supplies.
