I have to disagree....for me it's the opposite.Smoke too often and I'll slip into that depressive state...clean up and I'll be more balanced.16 years of experimentation has taught me that much.

But last time I checked,I wasn't a Dr. and I'm guessing neither are you,so it's all a matter of opinion.
