Okay, see, coming to this thread makes me realize how isolated and behind-the-times that Indiana really is.

We don't have any Waffle House's, Whataburger's, or Jack-In-The-Box's. We don't have damn near ANY little owned, not-exactly-fast-food type places. We have McDonald's, Burger King, and Subway, we call Carl Jr's Hardee's (where I've worked).

Fast food for me is like a double-edged sword. I actually like the taste of Mcdonald's and Hardee's but, like you guys, I find myself getting sick if I eat it when I'm sober. When I'm high I can handle it, I don't get sick. But if I'm sober, I DO what to get sick.

See, fast food is STUFFED with all these little chemicals and sugars that, on some people, make them feel really good. They give them a little pick-me-up, make them a bit bouncier etc etc. But, for the other...ya know...50%, those same chemicals can just make you sick, if you take in enough of the fast food.

where in Indiana do you live? I live in Indianapolis and know of atleast two.

I been stoned for 13 years and haven't eaten a McDs or other fast food for over 6 years. I'm still a stoner and I don't think that horrible stuff is made for me!!!!

i work at mcdonalds and its disgusting. After every round of burgers on the grill we have to get a squeegy (same kind you use on your car except mini) and squeegy the greese off the grill. By around 8:00-9:00 at night the cheese is dark orange and hard, and the bacon has been sitting out in the open for around 5 or 6 hours. All the condiments such as onions, lettuce, tomatoes pickles etc sit in the open and we dont use gloves to put together the burgers. On a slow night/day the chicken products and meat are usually an hour or more old, and cold. The only things that are remotely clean are toasted deli sandwiches (except the "steak" looks like dog food), the salads (except they get the old chicken on them) and the baked apple pies.

lmao that sounds just like when i was working at sonic, except you'd have to dump all the grease in the grease tray on the grill about every 10 mins into a bucket... and the cheese always sat out forever, and they drop food on the floor, and just grill it again (if it was cooked arleady) to "sterilize it" and serve it to the customer, and if the workers try or do throw away the dropped food they get threatened with firing because 'you're wasting food and money' yes fast food is bad, but i try not to think of these things because i am addicted to cheese burgers wtih just onions the way fast food does it, when you do it at home it doesn't taste right and if you even mention pre-made patties.... ewww.. they taste like fish.

Macdonalds isnt my favourite fast food but a Big Mac is relatively cheap and makes for good munchies.

My brother worked at BK for a while, it's like Dane Cook said. He was manager and he actually thought he WAS the burger king. Anyway, around this time I was working at McDonald's and they're DIRTY. He said BK was just as dirty as any other place but, "Not while he was working." or some bullshit, haha.

Btw, to Eetmiefuk, I live about 2 hours away from Indianapolis. I live about the Vincennes area.
