Ok, here's a wild idea. I can't promise you it'd work, but it's the best way I could think of ingesting that much fat. Try flouring up some seasoned pork chops and do a pan fry of the chops in the oil (looks to be about enough). Hopefully the cops will soak up a good bit of oil (I'm sure they will). With the rest of the oil and the bits in the pan, add a roux and some milk. Stir the gravy and add milk/flour until you get the right thickness. Add lots of pepper and salt and pour over the fried pork chops. It's the only recipe I could think of off of the top of my head that takes a lot of fat. If you need finer instructions for things like the rue, I can track down a recipe you can use somewhere I'm sure. I've never had to make chops and gravy with a recipe so I'm on sure on the exact numbers.
