Nope, a cops "hunch" is never probable cause. Neither is him claiming to smell something funny. Only probable cause is if something is in plain view, like roaches in an ash tray, a mysterious bag with green stuff on the back seat, etc. Then, he can check out whatever he sees, and if that roach in the ashtray is weed, he can proceed to search the car.

Its really not hard to avoid getting busted...people just don't know their rights or are too scared to excercise them. Cops intimidate people to think otherwise, seriously, everyone watch that video, as long as you hide your stash, you are pretty much safe.

Just Got Busted Last night after smoking a lot and drinking a lot we went out to go get some money from the atm now the whole car was full and i forgot i had weed and my bowl on me so we see a cop has pulled someone over so the three black kids in the back decide to yell out fuck the police doing so another cop pulls out and pulls us over they save me for last i thought i wasnt high but 3 blunts and a lot of bowls said otherwise so i stash the stuff under the seat cause i was freaking out but i wasnt driving Rating: 5
