It specifically states that Internal Dilution is "a very effective method of beating the drug test, especially when the donor knows when the drug test specimen will be collected."

I had been a frequent smoker for many years and quit about 4 months ago. I did smoke a tiny bit 3 weeks ago and had to be tested last Thursday. Should know the results on Monday. I used the dilution method with four aspirins and I think I should be fine.

I had successfully used the dilution method about 11 years ago after smoking every day for years and quiting 3 weeks prior to the test.
