Yes, I agree, that's why I stay away from his "solo" stuff. I especially hate that "Tears from Heaven" song, and most of the stuff from his earlier solo work "Layla".

Like it or not, Tears from Heaven was wrote for his dead daughter. I like it, and I`m not really a Clapton fan. Go figure.
