Bending stem?
My plants are only two weeks old, I thought I had a bug problem, but it turned out to be an actual spider (not mites). LOL I'm an idiot and got scared for nothing. Anyway I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?? I'm growing two plants, bagseed, and plant #2 looks good stem is kinda red but I've added no ferts so I think it's genetic. Plant #1 on the other hand looks real healthy, but them stem has bent one direction wildly. I haven't put any undo pressure on it or anything it just acts like it's growing sideways!!! Anyway I've got them under a 48" fluro hood w/ two cool whites, and a 24" light stick that fits just under the hood to supplement light from the side. I have to 150w Cfls I got today (one red spectrum one blue) that I haven't hooked up yet. Any reason why the one might be bending?? And should I stake it up w/ a straw or something?? If you guys think it will straighten back up I'll just leave it. Any input would be great. Thanks

BTW I have a fan blowing on both of them not directly, but the plants are dancing around a lil.Ghost Toker Reviewed by Ghost Toker on . Bending stem? Just turn the plant around so it isnt faceing the light.. that way it will bend back the other way to move into the light... its a common problem mate just turn you plant every day or so

Bending stem?
I've got one on my phone, and if that doesn't work I was going to borrow my mom's. I really want to post some pics, to help other first timer's and to get a better diagnosis of some problems I may have. Hope I can get some pics up soon. Think I'm gonna start a grow journal to, I need somewhere I can keep track of what I have and haven't asked already!!!
