I think someone not me lol should tryto make a drug commercial that would be pro pot but the goverment wouldnt let it air probably but if they ever did i think this would be the best place to get donations for it

The cops and "the government" don't have a say in what kind of commercial you can make and put on the air. The FCC could fine you if it is found to be "innappropriate" for the time slot, network, audience, etc., and any network you brought it to would most likely just reject it, but you should have no problem just making one.

Yeah, http://changetheclimate.org has some excellent billboards around, they even sued the MBTA (I think) for not letting them put up a billboard somewhere
