Yeah, the smoke goes into your lungs as if you were smoking bud. Nothing special, just relaxes you a little bit. Personally I don't smoke cigarettes because they are CANCEROUS DEATH STICKS.

However, I keep a pack in my car in case anybody else in my car wants one. I'm just that nice.
