On Friday, August 18, 2006, Vincent Don Vito Margera was arrested at the Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood, Colorado for allegedly touching two underage girls (ages 12 and 14) inappropriately at a skate demonstration and subsequently held with bail set at $50,000. He posted bond around 10 p.m. the following Monday. â??As a condition of his bond Margera was ordered not to possess any alcohol, drugs, weapons and is not permitted to contact the victim. Additionally, he cannot leave the state of Colorado.â?�

On Tuesday, August 22, 2006, Tim Glomb announced that Don Vito is free. He stated..

And yeah, that is REALLY fucked up. I can't understand how the hell child molesters and pedophiles can do and think the things they do??

But, I guess I also feel that it isn't always their fault and that they suffer from a lot of mental issues. But the stuff they do to children fucks them up so bad for the rest of their lives, ya know?

I guess this isn't really the time and place for a tell-all, but I was on the receiving end when I was little and it gave me some serious fucking issues for about 6 years of my life.
