Steel Reserve is definetly my favorite beer... It has such a great flavor. I like schnapps and 100 proof liquor too.

unfortunately, i got something wrong with my stomach so I really start hurting when I drink nowadays. Alchohol is poison anyways

Not much of a drinker here, as i don't like the 'payback' that goes with it....but I have been known to have a sip of Russia's finest, in my time lol

I prefer to stick to the herb - ya know where ya are with it, init!
Plus, being a professional driver, and with the increasing risk of getting caught over the limit, I choose not to take the risk.
Driving stoned is not really an issue, IMO, as I believe that I am a much better driver whilst stoned - calmer, more considerate, and slightly more tolerant of those fucking pricks that litter our roads that have no bloody idea or regard for other road users!!

Grrr don't get me started on the state of road-craft, ffs...it is a pet subject, and I can be (almost) anal about it lol

I cant even say that I enjoy drinking anymore (just another bad habit to add to my list.)

Aspinthion, alcohol is a bad thing to get into, and I'm about to start moralising you on your lifestyle

I've known alot of alcoholics in my time, and have seen the damage that is inflicted upon those people. It amazes me that the government are so hell-bent on outlawing recreational drugs (I exclude such things as heroin and crack, cos those things need to be banished from our world), when alcohol is responsible for a great majority of social degradation. But, yet again, there is too much money involved for the politicians to address the issue.
Schools will bang on to kids about the dangers of taking drugs (and rightly so), but hardly ever highlight the dangers of alcohol - very addictive and destructive drug. Bizarre!

It is a nasty trap to find yourself in, and I feel for you - especially as it is probably one of the hardest habits to kick.
I think that the film "Leaving Las Vegas", should be a mandatory requirement to all young people to watch, during their formative years.
And most people do not realsie that it is a hereditory disease (I hate to term it that way, but it is a fact).

I couldn't agree with you more Res Alcohol is a really shitty drug every bit as bad as any other. I consider it to as bad as heroin & crack because it is so easy to get and no matter where you go it either about or on the lip's (no pun intended) of everybody.

The problem I had is that I realised this long after I started drinking and now it's just another part of my life.

The way I see it now I look at a bottle of wine the same way that most people see a can of beer and although alcohol has barely any effect on me now I just feel I need it to feel normal.

LQ is way better than weed...for me atleast alright for beers i like to drink Molson, 40's of King Cobra and Old English and for hard liquor i like Vodka, Tequilla, Yeigermeister, and VSOP oh and i cant forget bout that Champagne
