Prohibition won't end just because we find some new name for ganja/pot/marijuana/cannabis/herb/grass/weed/bud/sticky-icky. Prohibition will only end once we pose enough of a threat to the status quo that they have no chance but to give into our demands. Like for instance if all the tokers across the country decided to get out and smoke out their city halls all on the same day, while emphasizing the huge waste of taxpayer money going towards the pointless act of arresting masses of non-violent people. That kind of thing could get people to act and seriously challenge the status quo to the point where they will have no choice but to legalize it.

Alcohol prohibition didn't end because people stopped calling booze "booze". It didn't end because alcohol enthusiasts voted anti-prohibition officials into office. It happened simply because the government couldn't handle the huge waste of resources on enforcing a pointless rule that didn't help anybody and that nobody followed anyways.
