You need to get rid of that foil and get some real reflective material like mylar. Also you need to get another CFL or turn your pot around every day to even out the exposer of light it gets. Also you either need to slow down or increase the ammount of water it gets, that thing is drooping. And doesnt look happy. Get a fan in there and make sure it gets alot of fresh air.

Hey I'm trying to grow 1 plant that is just finshing up its 4th week in the vegetation stage, I give it about 7 hours of sun light like every day then bring it in and have it under 2 40WATT CFL lights for like the rest of the night until the next day I just got the CFL's yesterday I was wondering is that enough light for it I also just bought an extra 30WATT blub I havent hooked up yet even with that would it be enough for indoor light or is more lighting required.
