dryst Reviewed by dryst on 09-09-2006. Advice needed I have some major problems in my life right now and i would like to get some advice from u guys. Im 17 years old, but i look like im about 12-14. This has caused severe depression for me and i dont know what to do. I have had this problem since i was bout 15. When im driving my car around i get alot of stares... at my old school i had to leave cuz i couldnt handle being around my friends i have known forever just cuz i felt like i was a burden to them cuz everywhere we go i get humiliated. i have no fucking clue. i hate it when people talk like fucking idiots. like, i dont think that you need to capitalize the first letter of a sentence or use absolutly perfect puncutuation (both are fine to use if you want to) but people who talk like fucking retards just piss me off

Yeah, I know what you mean. Theres fuckin kids younger than me with a full grown beard. I am not joking. My chin hairs are just starting to come in and I've had a slight moustache thats noticable but not full every since I was 12 but just recently it started to grow more lol.

Theres a 15 year old kid in my class who has a full beard, I'm 16 and only shave about every 2-3 days or so. I knew a kid who had a goatee in 7th grade, last time I saw him he looked like an old man at the age of 16 (saw him like 2 years ago) and his hair was thinning.

So yeah, people definitely mature at different rates. Most 16 year olds can't grow a full face of hair though, I wouldn't say you are too far behind untill you are 18 and can't grow a decent beard.

i know exactly what your talking about man. i also look about 2-3 years younger than i am. but who cares? i gurantee your grow up sometime, and when that happens, trust me, your "disorder" will almost completely disappear. Right now it might suck, yes, but give it time. your not gonna look like your 14 forever man, so you may as well live it out.
