When will Arnold sign the Cali Hemp Bill?

I tried to get Nanci Pelosi to sign it, she sent me a letter saying it is a harmful drug and would just ad fire to the "war on drugs" she wasn't even smart enough to read the bill! http://www.aroundthecapitol.com/bills/AB_1147/

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the possible time frame is for the signing of that California hemp bill.
