When will Arnold sign the Cali Hemp Bill?

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the possible time frame is for the signing of that California hemp bill. I think that if Arnold signs it, it'll be a huge, although oblique, step towards Marijuana legalization.

This bill is enormously important. Cannabis won't be decriminalized in one broad swipe. It will take several small victories eating away at the edges. Pumping Iron showed Arnold toking on a number and recently he's been trying to distance himself from Bush, so hopefully there's a good chance he'll do the right thing.
