Spiritually aswell, allows me to look deeper inside myself and look in deeper at the world.

it puts me in touch with the living earth, and the lives that share this planet with me. I dig the fact that i share a commonality with those humans who used cannabis tens thousands of years ago.
I give all thanks to the women out there. If it werent for the endless search for foods in the forests and fields, and their discovery of the cannabis hemp plant during those searches for edible seeds, and useful stalks, for their familes, then who knows how much longer the discovery would of took.

Playing music before smoking cannabis seems very natural. Plants and humans go together. We discover them, and they help us discover ourselves. Cant beat that. Mother Nature knows exactly what the fuck she is doing.
It would be, IMO, abnormal, not to use it.

Marijuana allows me to think and focus better. Making the right choices is much easier when your head is in its right place.

i remember i first started smoking daily halfway thru junior year of high school. I started because i had smoked a few times thuought the previous year and i started becoming interested and fascinated by cannabis. at first i smoked a bowl a day, usually at night to help me go to sleep. that was almost 4 years ago. now i smoke soley for the joy of being high. i don't need marijuana but i certainly do indulge in it. i suffer from a horrible fuckin' depression so deep that it even affects me phsyically(loss of appetite, hypothyroidism, insomnia, all sorts of bullshit). now i don't bury myself in smoke and believe that cannabis will be myh miracle cure, it certainly does help. and as DAIMA said, smoking cannabis and playiing music is awesome. it gives me something to be proud about(my music).

Bottom line it gets me high and then all of the other things that people have mentioned that go along with being high. Being high just feels so good and you can always have a good time.

as most of everything was metioned before why i do, here's another main reason:

i get bad anxiety and tend to get really stressed over stupid shit, so smoking can relax me and i can think better while high. plus, if you have nothing to do why not? most people can still focus and maintain, and in your head it just makes everything not as boring as it might be... so in other words it just makes the day more fun, and that's all that needs to be said.

I suffer from depression and it helps get me through life... but i dont use it as an escape, only as an enhancer.
