Please help, test in 72 hours

I have only been totally clean for 48 hours. I am 6'3, 185 pounds and am very skinny with a very fast metabolism. I was a somewhat moderate smoker, before the 48 hours I did smoke lightly for 2 days, but before the 2 days I probably consumed around a 14-18 grams in a 28 day period, not always everyday, usually very potent supers.

I signed the contract and I remember it saying that they test for 5 drugs, and I also remember seeing NDIS. I beleive I saw NDIS I am not positive. This job is working oil refinerys out of California. I do have some documentation here and this is what they say;

IV. Drug and alcohol testing
In order to fully insure that this policy is maintained, the company has implemented the following drug and alcohol testing program.

Prohibited drugs and controlled substances within this policy include but are not limited to:
1.Alcohol
2.Canabonoids
3.Cocaine
4.Opiates
5.PCP
(I beleive this was the cut off line on the contract)
6.Amphetamines
7.Barbituates

Under all of the following circumstances, when directed to submit a test in accoradance with this policy, employees must immediately comply. Adulterant test (used to determine if urinalysis sample has been tapered with) will be conducted by the testing agency.

I read about the dillusion method and it makes sense. However, I am uncertain when my test is on Monday. I go in around 8 and get off around 4. I will be training and learning safety methods, but will also be sent to the lab for the test. 8-4 is an 8 hour time span, so what do you suggest??????

i suggest you find a new job offer, honestly. "over a 28 day period" tells me that you just don't remember, and that you were most likely using about a half gram a day, on average. you've been essentially using more than moderatly. you've been using regularly. don't expect to pass this. drink shitloads of water, and take vitamins. take anything that colorizes your pee. don't let your piss test be the first test of the day. i'd personally wake up at 4 or so, drink a shitload, piss your first of the day, piss again, and keep drinking all the way through this. i'd drink gatorade, not water, just for some potential colorization, if that's in any way medicinally proven.

On the day your supposed to be tested, drink water all day and piss lots. Gatorade has vitamin B I think and should give a little color to your urine so its not obvious you were diluting, so drink a few bottles of gatorade in combination with lots of water.

I am in a similar situation as I am about to get tested on tuesday. Awhile back I went to www.passyourdrugtest.com and bought some of their products to help in clearing out my system because I knew I wouldnt have the 30-45 days it would take my body to clear out all the THC. I know you don't have time to do that for your test tomorrow, but for future reference it may help. The other advice is good in terms of drinking a lot of water, but you should also do this...

Drink cranberry juice. Don't ask me how it works, but it does help in cleaning your system.

Take a multivitamin 2-3 times per day. This also helps with cleaning out your system as well as keeping your urine yellow color so that they do not suspect you of diluting your urine.

The day of your test, make sure the sample is not the first of the day it should be at least the 3rd or 4th. Take the sample midstream as well.

Gatorade or sports drinks are preferred over water because it keeps up you specific gravity, which if it is too low shows that you have been diluting. You should take Vitamin B-2 to add color back to your urine if visual is part of the validity testing, such as with a dipstick test. You can be clear though and still be valid. Multivitamins will NOT clean you out. Cranberry juice is only slightly helpful as it is a mild diuretic. It will not clean you out. If you are drinking enough sports drinks then you won't need a mild diuretic like cranberry juice. Start with about 64 ounces of fluid 4-6 hours before the test and every time you go to the bathroom, drink fluid to replace what was lost. Tums or Rolaids can be helpful too as well as salty foods.

You should do a home test today both with undilted urine and diluted urine. If you can't pass, substitute.
