What do you guys think about CF lights?

I just got a new Compact flourescent light, 125W 6800 lumens. I wanted
to know if anyone has any experience with these, and what they think about them. http://www.wormsway.com/detail.asp?sku=CFSD110#

In my grow-room I also have 4 other Floro ballasts 48" each with 2 40W
grow lights in them, does all this add up to enough lights/lumens for
6 plants?
