First MJ experience

This will probably sound lame to you guys, but here goes...

I'm 26, never tried pot (except for about 1/2 a hit I had in college. couldn't percieive any change, probably because of the 5 or 6 beers I had before). I've decided I would like to have a pot experience. From what I've read, it is medically less harmfull than alcohol. Plus, sounds like fun. My girlfriend is very spiritual (she's artist, into reiki and yoga) - and I'm more into science - geology, specifically, which is good since I now live in Colorado. I think that such an experience will help me open up to her. I have always felt that there are things beyond normal human perception. Different cultures use different methods to open up to them. I love beer, don't get me wrong (for those locals, 90 Shilling is great), but I want to try something else. The problem is, I am also slightly paranoid of getting caught. I've walked around downtown looking for likely suspects, but so far have not smoked anything stronger than tabacco.

So, I guess I have 2 questions: Most importantly, 1) What is the best way to get a fun and spiritual experience out of smoking pot? and 2) What is the best way to get at that experience in the Denver area? Sorry for the long post, and thanks in advance for any help.

Although I have never done this, I think Washington Park near Cherry Creek would be a great place to be high at. It would be loads of fun with all the tall trees around you and the 2 lakes to look at. Lol for your first time I wouldn't go Six Flags for your first time, way too intense . As for the first question, for the spiritual experience, get outdoors. For your first time, I would do it indoors personally, because everyone responds to drugs differently. That last thing you'd want to be is uncomfortablly high at Washington Park.

Why don't you ask your girlfriend, she sounds like the type to know, plus she would probably jump at the chance and it would be more comfortable (and safer) doing for the first time with someone you trust.
