i heard that too and i beleive it cuz i heard it from like 8 ppl ill probly roll two blunts tommarow and see which one burns slower ill post back with the results

In my experience, and trust me, I'm the high fucking chief when it comes to this, rolling blunts inside out do make them burn slower. BUT it also makes them a little more harsh. White Owls are great to roll this way.
