1) yes, it's legal to sell/possess/etc. Dried San Pedro/Peruvian is often sold for insense.
2) It tastes terrible. You will have to fight to keep it going down.
3) San Pedro is related to peyote. Peyote is illegal everywhere.

The mescaline can be extracted but not easily. Eating it or making tea from it is standard. It tastes bitter and you have eat a lot. Once you get it down and start tripping wow! The euphoria, the colors (it's a woderful psychadelic), smoothe long lasting journey. Sacred experience. Lots of info on the net. Yes it is legal to grow and possess. Easy to gro from cuttings. Read up on it. I have cuttings and rooted plants for those interested in it for ornamental purposes.

The taste is bitter, you have to eat a lot or drink tea made from it, and it is hard to keep down, but once you get it over with it is a strong euphoric journey, very sacred experience it lasts for many many hours too . It is a smoothe psychadelic lots of colors and visionary experiences. WOW! it is a fantastic personal journey in my opinion.
Read about it on the net (San Pedro Cactus = trichocereus pachanoi)

Nasty stuff, but well worth choking down. Sure it's illegal to eat it, but once you eat it, well fuck, you ate the evidence, huh?
