I know that common sense isn't always as "common" as people may think it to be. Different people have different perceptions of what "common sense" is, which makes it rather difficult to state as a universal rule.

For example: To be perfectly honest, I did not assume that talk about guns being a forbidden subject would be common sense. I don't see why it isn't allowed. Perhaps other people's common sense tells them it shouldn't be allowed, while others still (such as myself), do not share that perception. See where using the reason of "common sense" becomes flawed due to vagueness?

Again, saying "because it doesn't belong on a pot forum" could be applied to over half of the topics in the lounge, so obviously something not being related to pot isn't a viable reason to nuke it, because if that were the case, anything not pot related would be nuked, which doesn't happen.

The message I got was "come back with a little better attitude" - as the reason for the ban. This reason was very vague and too general for me to understand why I was banned. I sent an email to a moderator requesting more detailed information about my ban and the reasoning, but no response. The thread was called "Update of forum guidelines" or something similiar. The thread asked for an update of the guidelines to Rating: 5
