Hi BlueBer, Yeah everything seems ok the 4 clones in NFT tray are ok started to turn green instead of the yellow colour they where when i put them in and grow a bit.The other 12 clones in the prop tray are fine too hav'nt wilted yet and i put them in on sunday so looking good Buddy,

Hi all.

Well i got a surprise last night 1 of the clones i took 2 weeks into flower has rooted after just nine days.Thats quicker than any of the clones i took in veg crazy hey.And the clones taken in flower have stayed a nice healthy green the ones i took in veg went yellow but where still ok i will post pics later.

Hey, floyd2zapper. I can't believe I've overlooked this thread for so long. Guess I've just been busy posting on mine and such...BUT you seem to be using a similar method to what we are using. Yours looks much cleaner mostly due to the fact that you are covering your rockwool. :thumbsup:x2

So many of these pics look familiar with the trays, hydroton, and rockwool cubes. LOL.

I havent read the full thread in detail but skimmed through the pics and read a few posts. Will come back and read catch up soon. Hope you stop by my thread also.

Hi all just a quick update on the grow so far.As you can see in the pics i have made a bubbler out of a mop bucket to keep what is going to be my mother plant seperate it's quite handy i can empty the bubbler res and adjust nutes and ph without moving the plant just put a flip lid on saves peeling the lid on and of a bucket all the time anyway i will do an update again soon.

Well here are a few pics taken earlier today i have added another NFT tray with 5 little clones on and will add another thay in 2 days so i will have 16 female AK47'S

not tryin to rain on your parade or anything...
Looks like your doing a great job.
Just wanted to point out that you'd be better off not growing a plant with a 9' ceiling in mind.
Tell yourself you only have "x" amount of room to work with. thats going to be a true test of skill as you become better with each garden or harvest.
9' is way to much space to waste all that time growing when the best part of the plant will be the closest to the light. All the under growth, and low sites will be starving for light.
Hope you can make use of this.

Hi rollone,Am switching to 12/12 next week so by the time there ready for harvest the tallest plant's should be under 4 foot tall am hoping. Am not trying to use the whole 9 foot to grow huge plants and it's my first grow so i dont have much skill just trial and error i suppose lol.

hi floyd well ive just cought up on your thread and you have made me want to use my nft now lol. i have 8 germanating as we speak but im germanating them in jiffy pellets can i still transplant them into rockwool to use in my nft system or should i wait now and grow them in soil and then transplant the clones into rockwool its so confuseing. ur grow is going so well i hope i can get near to as good as ur first grow it seem's like all i do these days is read and read but i till have all these questions which thank's to this site and you guys i hopefully can get the replys im looking for many thanks in advance

Hi Virgin-grower21, Yeah you can just put the jiffy pellets in the rockwool thats what i did earlier in this grow and it seemed to work fine hope that helps.:thumbsup:
