    Hmm, well I think they're just starting to get their fifth nodes so I'll just leave them on 12/12 and see what happens.

    I recently witnessed a plant get flowered at one week old.. it only had 4 nodes and was four inches tall... when it was done flowering, it was 23+ inches tall and harvested more than 3 ounces...

    Plants started from seed that are flowered very early will usually grow a lot more in flowering than what you might expect from a clone that is flowered VERY early..

    Some people go straight to 12/12 from the start.

    The key to knowing that the plant is ready to flower is by the alternating nodes. If you notice the nodes grow at the same spot to both sides then after it grows up and the nodes start growing one higher than the other, that's the sign that they are mature enough to flower. It really depends on what you want to do. You can flower early and get buds and you can flower later and get more buds.
