New set up Lights and Water Questions

I have a second question....
It seems if I do not water everyday my plants do not look as healthy as they do when I water them all the time....
Also at what point should I start to shut the lights off
Right now they are always on....
As far as the strain....
A close friend brought the seeds to me with some treats from the Big Island
I am really not sure what they are....
As long as I can get them to Bud I will be happy.
This is my very first grow I really want to go start to finish....

ANy helps tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated. I am using 1700 lumans CF lights 5 of them I have posted pics. I am leving them on 24 7 how long should I do this for. I am watering once a day.... Any Help would be great.... I do not want to smoke these up before I smoke these up.... :) Thanks Rating: 5
