New set up Lights and Water Questions

Hi All
I finally got a better more secluded set up I wanted to post some pics for sugestions. ANy helps tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated.
I am using 1700 lumans CF lights 5 of them I have posted pics.
I am leving them on 24 7 how long should I do this for.
I am watering once a day....
Any Help would be great....
I do not want to smoke these up before I smoke these up....
