I used to have a nice body for my age, now I'm developing my first ever gut and it's scaring me. I don't have the discipline to follow an exercise routine, I even slowly quit my 10 pushup+25 sit up/night routine. Anyone know any good motivators other than "well you don't wanna look like a fatty do you?" because I go through mad phases were I seriously don't care about my appearance, just believing every girl should love me for my natural appearance [apparently untrue]
sorry to hijack your post dryst but my suggestions to you are those hand grips that you can just squeeze in your hands while you watch TV, or just do wrist curls while just lazing around toolagstronaut Reviewed by lagstronaut on . toning i need to tone....about 6 months ago i was fuckin chistled...but now my diet consist of doritos and an occasional package of beef jerky...lol and i gained about 10-15 pounds...so now i wanna get rid of it, in a pretty short ammount of time, im gonna start going back to the gym every day but what about when im just sitting around the house any one know anything that could help Rating: 5
