    toning

    i need to tone....about 6 months ago i was fuckin chistled...but now my diet consist of doritos and an occasional package of beef jerky...lol and i gained about 10-15 pounds...so now i wanna get rid of it, in a pretty short ammount of time, im gonna start going back to the gym every day but what about when im just sitting around the house any one know anything that could help

    Try to burn more calories than you consum. And average side salad is about 15 calories give or take a few. If you work out at the gym. There maybe hundreds of calories burt. Ie- Body Fat. And you will loose water weight. This may not be healthy but fasting?

    If you feel like ingesting chemicals that will destroy all the fat in your body (along with anything else on the way), use HydroxyCut!
    My buddy's been using that shit and he looks like he's been tweaking.

    Work out, jog/run, eat fruits, drink water, keep a constant sleep pattern..
    Nature should take care of the rest. Just try to be conscious that you want to lose weigh, act accordingly so, and your body will react the way you want it to. gluck mang

    I used to have a nice body for my age, now I'm developing my first ever gut and it's scaring me. I don't have the discipline to follow an exercise routine, I even slowly quit my 10 pushup+25 sit up/night routine. Anyone know any good motivators other than "well you don't wanna look like a fatty do you?" because I go through mad phases were I seriously don't care about my appearance, just believing every girl should love me for my natural appearance [apparently untrue]

    sorry to hijack your post dryst but my suggestions to you are those hand grips that you can just squeeze in your hands while you watch TV, or just do wrist curls while just lazing around too

    like i said im not worried about muscule...i just want to tone up my chest and stomach...i was thinking...maybe a few mile run everyday? and just doing mad sit ups/push up while im just sitting asround

    You wouldn't believe how much weight I lose once 'doubles' for soccer come around every August. Our whole team loses an average of 10 lbs the first week, but mind you this is very intense training twice a day. It's just amazing how much you can lose that fast.

    Running a few miles throughout the week will do wonders for your health, and you'll start to get those "V's" on the sides of your stomach/hips as it all flattens out. That right there is enough of a motivation for me, at least.

    You just gotta stick with it, unfortunately. After awhile, you either learn to love it or hate it.

    As for getting a more defined chest, I'd suggest going to the gym and using a few of the machines specifically designed for your pectorials. Those give me really good results, and I noticed a change very soon after I started using them too.

    Stick with it, get the results, and be HAPPY. ~

    Forget the machines, You'll more than likely just waste your money.

    Lose the junk food.
    Gain a routine...
    And Jog.

    Cardiovascular is more important than a 6pack.. A girl will prefer a man that lives healthy than a man that is looking at his own stomach in the mirror.
