Well the top part of the downstem is what youwant to measure. I don't mean the hole, but the thickest part of the 'stem', ya know?
The part that finally fits and holds into the bong's female piece.

See on the website you posted, notice the frosted area at the end of the tube, NOT the very top frosted area where the bowl/ash catcher goes, but the one before that. THAT, is what you want to measure.


That's a gnarly ash catcher by the way! Molino makes excellent glass.
