Basically, Pipe Camp Counselor said it all. Roll the inner one just tight enough, but not GASPINGLY tight. The leaf is the important part (the outside part) and make sure that thing is wet when you roll so it sticks.

I LOVE BLUNTS!! i just started rolling about 3 months ago.. and people compliment my rolling every now and then, but I wanna get even better. i wana get so good that the biggest pot head in the world would appreciate my blunt rolling lol (i dont wana do it to impress people really i just want to have ILL blunts, even for myself).
