I was raised by an alcoholic;alcohol will ruin your life if you mess with it.I won't drink more than two drinks a month if even that.Not to sound like I'm telling you what to do,but I'm 35 and I did all the same shit you are doing right now and worse.
I know what it's like to wake up in the hospital in Intensive Care and be pumped full of charcoal.It's not fun.

STOP drinking! You have no idea the damage you are doing to yourself at 16 that will affect you later in life..trust me;I got the same speech at 16 and thought I knew it all...I didn't.
Ease up or stop weed and cigs entirely.Weed will contribute to depression more than you know it [and don't beleive the bullshit when they say it doesn't fuck up your lungs.Look at the bong water or resin and you tell me] and it is HARD as hell to quit smoking;I know! I had a friend who kicked heroin and he said smokes were a lot harder to put down.
If you think life sucks now,wait a decade or so [times goes faster than you think it does!] when you are solely responsible for everything.Mom and Dad won't pick up the tab forever.Life isn't cheap and can be very cruel.You have no idea yet what it's like yet to look at your monthly bills and go "Shit,I have $30 at the end of the month to EAT with!" or to collect loose change around the house to try and get some gas money to get to work to pay those bills.
Miss two or three car payments and they come and take the car.Don't pay the electric bill,and it gets shut off.And your credit is ruined for 7 years.Chew on that.
Get an education,too.I'm not trying to be funny when I say that,but it's REALITY. I went to college at 34 [to earn more] and now have a $40,000 student loan to pay off for the next 15 to 20 years.
you're young enough to change things...do it.The world is already full of useless individuals who have wasted their lives.
