FIrst up mate you should have germinated your seeds in some paper towels first it will give you a better chance of your seeds actualy sprouting.. see if you could get some more and germinate them before you put them in.. secondly your plants will flower in Febuary next year not march... (i have a program which tells you when they will flower wherever you are in the world).. the 12/12 cycle means that your plants ill get 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness which will make your plants bud.. on the subject of males they are usualy used for making hash but i would just rip them out and concentrate on the females.. good luck
