what would happen if u put the buds in the jars for curing b4 they were competely dry?

They could mold. But if you check the jars every day for moisture and open them for a few hours a day (like 3 or so) they should be fine. Make sure the stems snap instead of bend and it should be dry enough to cure. Here is a link to Zandor's faq on drying and curing.

Well,
Could mold is an understatement. You are increasing the possiblity that mold will develop dramatically. Risking several months of your time and effort to cure your bud. Frankly, I would prefer uncured bud over no bud anyday. But what do I know?
