    Sloppy celery?

    Cut the bottom edge off and put it in cold water standing up and it will regain its crispness in a short while guarenteed.
    And like birdgirl said, store it that way next time you buy it and itll stay crisp.

    I like dippy my cerlery in salt as i eat it, yeah, not very healthy but oh well.
