Sloppy celery?

Cut the bottom edge off and put it in cold water standing up and it will regain its crispness in a short while guarenteed.
And like birdgirl said, store it that way next time you buy it and itll stay crisp.

I love celery so I decided to get some for this little feast...only to find out that it's all sloppy? Wtf happened? You guys ever seen soft..sloppy celery before? Is it still good to eat? I tasted it and it seems fine.. the consistency is just a little sketchy though. :) Rating: 5
