Any advice on finding a new dealer?

I'm 22, live in the Philadelphia area. You'd think that finding bud would be easy, but when you go into the city, all you get is shitty dirt weed. All my previous contacts no longer sell, and I know there isn't a drought here.

I really need to find a new seller, or grow my own. But even if I do grow, which I'm planning on doing, I have the seeds, I'd still have to wait for it to grow, obviously.

Any advice?

Hi ya mate, I'm pretty new and also I live in Italy and didn't heard so much about online mommy and papy; the only advice i can give you is to follow various forums like onlinepot and marihemp and BEWARE of frauds.
