Should this plant have more buds for the start of september?

I am growing on my balcony IN A city with lots of light polution. Im wondering if my plant hasn't budded as much as it could because of the non darkperoid it can somtimes have, (Depending on what night it is Fri Day Saterdays etc.) I have started outting the plant ina box from 7pm to 7 am becuase I ahve waited this long to start this process will my plant die during cold weather?

Perhaps I should bring it indoors to a 12/12 situation? But I love the mothers SUN. it grows so much better. Plus this has lived outside its whole life I dont wanna bring it inside due to maybe bugs getting in with it.

any help would be awsome. My balcony gets about 4 hours of driect light a day, And I truly believe the city has so much ligfht polution it may have only gotten total dark peroids since I have started putting it in the carboard box.

i think maybe it should but it depends on the strain your growing. mine has a shit load of flowers on it

She's only but a minute in size?What's up with that?How long has she been growing? Some of mine are ready to be harvested and then some are just now starting to flower.What do you know about her?SHe isn't very old and even if she did flower what were you expecting to yeild?
