A good place to move in USA.. I'M IN PAIN!!!

Hi I was wondering if anybody could tell me of the best place to move in the united states to get weed legal for med use..I have bad arthritis in my neck it flares up all the time from doing even the simple task of typing...I have had docs in ohio look at me and say its pretty bad i also have muscle lose in my neck and shoulder area that also contribute to this problem..I refuse to go to a regular doctor anymore the meds they give me dont do crap and im sure there destroying my liver and body..I smoke and know it helps tremendlesly but am worried about being busted with a possesion charge id love to grow it but fear if I got busted Id loose my house...If anybody knows of an area to move into and a doctor who would gladly help me please let me know..I just moved to arkansas and cant get a joint around here..I'm getting sooo aggravated being in pain i m ready to move again but this time to a place that has medical weed laws and a place i know i'll get a good doctor to help me out...

Arkansas ! ... yuk, I lived there the worst two years of my life .."it's not the heat, it's the stupidity" ... ... obviously, for medical marijuana possibilities, northern California is the ticket these days ... yes, it is PRICEY living out here, but northern CA tends to be more affordable than the southern counties ... med doctors, etc listed in here: http://www.canorml.org/ ... :smokin:

I hear California's good. You can carry under 25 grams and not get arrest ...well I dunno if you wont get arrested but you wont do time for it ..I mean you probably would do time for it if you were selling it though but w/e.

yes arkansas does kinda suck. people are kinda rude and dont welcome you unless you got something to give' em its either go to my church or screw you and fellow smokers dont want a thing to do with you..Im very dissapointed in the area i moved too.. the country is beautiful but these folks are definately backwords...I dont think it will ever amount to much most of the counties dont even sell beer..Its like modern prohibition in the name of God..what a joke!!!!

yeah im a north cali resident and caregiver for my mom a brain tumor/breast cancer survivor and weed is the best thing thats happened to her in the last 5 years. cali is sure expensive but great weed and some of the best laws.

or hell if you wanna bypass the whole situation move to CO where hopefully weed will be legal in november. or atleast in denver it is right now...

NorCal for sure! I live near Mt. Shasta and it's beautiful up here. I pay $650 for renting a 4 bedroom doublewide in a nice trailer park in the country. It's a fairly good deal- been here a while. I have to travel to Redding to see my MMJ doctor. BUT the relief of being legal is unbelievable. My hubby and I have 12 plants in a closet (our legal limit). Before you leave, get a copy of all your medical records- just explain that you are moving and want your new doctor to have them. Do this at least a month in advance- they may drag their feet. In California, all you would have to do is make an appointment, take in your records, get a quick physical, pay the nice doctor and walk out legal. Yes, it's that simple if you have a real medical condition. You do not need the state medical marijuana card, just the doctor's written recommendation (Don't leave home without it!). The amount of plants that you are allowed to have is either the default 6 mature plants or 12 immature and 8 ounces of dried bud, or what your doctor recommends- however some counties allow more than the default amount- check with California NORML for details. Oregon is a good choice too.
