After the standard lawyer, accountant stuff and paying off friends' and family's bills and houses, I'd probably buy a nice piece of jewelry or a really beautiful and expensive Oriental carpet for my largest living area or I'd book a really high-end three-year trip around the world, building in time for language study in several key places. Since I'm guessing this is a big lottery win, heck, I'd buy all those things. The jewelry might be first since it'd be the easiest to select.
