Just only do swaps with regulars on this forum, so everyone up for swaps post what they have and then any swap communication after that should be done through PM or email ... if someone you dont know or dont trust pm/emails you with a swap just ignore it, but if its a regular that you know has been on the boards for months then your pritty sure thats not gona be a guard sitting at his desk posting about growing all day :P haha

Pick a nice big open space in your pm like the popes cross in pheonix park and off you go no paronia and once you do a sucessfull swap ull definitly do more swaps with that person in future, and if that person has done a swap with someone else he can tell you that the other fellas safe aswell and let it grow from there
