Ritalyn: Pure methylphenidate with nothing else
Concerta: Methylphenidate with extended release technology, lets out a tiny bit at a time through out the whole day so you dont need to go to the nurse at school to get a add med boost. SAME THING AS RITALYN NO DIFFERENCE IN STRENGTH, JUST EXTENDED RELEASE.
Adderal: A different active ingredient, a different buzz. Cannot really compare to ritalyn, but adderal is more fun recreationally.radefactor Reviewed by radefactor on .
