    Odor-neutralizing CFLs WORK !

Well I've tested them for a couple weeks now and all I've found is that my plants still smell.... $30 for 3 cfl's.... a lesson learned, what's that about "a fool and his money....."
The X Man Reviewed by The X Man on . Odor-neutralizing CFLs WORK ! I have posted this before, been awhile ... I have used two of these in my cabinet for about 6 months, they do NOT harm the plants in any way, I can vouch for that ... believe it or not, they WORK ! ... and, they work well ... only drawback, they do run hot, and since they are lights, they arent on during the dark hours, but you can always have another burning in the 'outer room' ... just a handy tip that may help someone out ... http://www.1000bulbs.com/product.php?product=9135 ... Rating: 5

wow, that's flippin awesome... or you could just buy/make a carbon filter for the price of a few of those bulbs, it takes 0, count em', 0 dollars to run them, and they don't overheat or keep the room lit when you don't want it.... so, no offense but I'd rather not.

I never recommended these lights as 'grow-lights', simply as an additional bit of odor-neutralizing ... of course, they don't function as an odor-killer when OFF :wtf: ... one bulb works well for a small room, normal household deodorizer ... I have had two in my cabinet along with a 400-watt HPS, and low-odor plants, for a couple years now ... I have very little plant-odor at all ... they will NOT replace a carbon odor-absorber, I would think that would be obvious
