Can my neighbors smell the blunt smoke?

I smoke in my garage alot with the main door open and my neighbors house is less then 20 feet away.. with a small fence. My guess is they can smell it but think nothing of it bcus they duno wut it is:rasta: imp: :smokin: :stoned: :thumbsup:

i have done this before but with the garage closed at my friends house who deals so we bought a 2 grams off him and went L for L and got totally baked and when we opened the garage door smoke just went everywhere and stayed together it was sick
