RESiNATE Reviewed by RESiNATE on 10-20-2004. this really pisses me off.. the word 'tough' lol seriously, if 'ph' in a word makes an 'f' sound, then why does 'gh' also make an 'f' sound in the word 'tough', but not in the words 'thought', 'though' and 'through'?
