if ur in veg, there is no problem to give some darkness. After the 3rd week i turned mine at 18/6.

I'm still in the veg stage, but I was wondering if going into the grow room while the lights are off will stress them out and make them go hermie? I didn't get a single seed from my female plants in the past, but now I was giving my light a break. Instead of 24hrs on during veg, I'm turning it off for a couple of hours a day.
