while the olympic torch was going through juneau, alaska, in 2002, all of the kids went outside to watch it go by and some kid held up a sign that said "bon hits for jesus". the kid was suspended from school for some amount of time, i dont remember right now. well the kid is sueing the school for violation of his first amendment rights (right to free speech) and it is now in the supreme court. go to google and tye in the topic title for more info.

newb, maybe there is a reason thats your name. . . i did in fact mention that this happend in 2002, but it was recently moved to the supreme court, the highest court in the untied states.
