after reading the thread electroculture http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=75682 i hve decided to give it a try.

heres the beakdown of the experiment.

apparatus

two copper plates (actually peices of copper pipe hammered flat and buffed)
2 small cannabis plants (about 3-4 weeks old)
two nine volt batterys
four wires

method 1

1. connect one wire to the positive terminal of one of the batterys, connect another to the negative.
2. connect the other end of the positive wire to one of the copper plates, connect the other end of the negative wire to another copper plate.
3. take a new pot, fill about one centermetre with soil.
4. place the negative plate onto the soil
5. re-pot the plant into the new "electropot"
6. place the positive plate one centermeter under the top of the soil about one centermeter.

method 2

1. connect one wire to the positive terminal of a battery, connect another wire to the negative terminal of the battery
2. connect the other end of the negative wire to a copper plate
3. take a new pot, fill about one centermetre with soil.
4. place the negative plate onto the soil
5. re-pot the plant into the new "electropot"
6 take the insulation off the end of the positive wire and very, very, very carefully insert it just below the top of the plant into the stem. secure it.

the flow of electrons in method two is from the copper plate in the base of the pot up through the roots and plant to the wire inserted into the top of the plant.
im prepared to lose this plant in the name of science.

actual pictures of the plants and set up coming shortly (gotta go out n do it)

any suggestions/responses/questions greatly appreciated
