i think he means moist as in its been freshly picked and still has moisture in the buds so it wont burn until its been dryed and cured properly

ITS STILL VERY MOIST & NEEDS TO DRY OUT. IT REALLY HAS LITTLE OR NO SMELL TO IT. THE LAST BATCH I GOT FROM THIS SOURCE SMELLED GREAT AND WAS PRETTY STRONG. Rating: 5
